Meet Our Founder & CEO

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Leo University and began my career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2020. After working as an RBT for two years, I transitioned into public education, serving as an ASD self-contained teacher and later a Behavior Specialist in Florida public schools. I then earned my Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of West Florida in December 2023 and completed my BCBA fieldwork while working as a Special Education Support Facilitator in South Carolina public schools.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have spent the past few years serving children and families in both North Carolina and Georgia in BCBA and Clinical Director roles. My passion is providing compassionate, evidence-based services that empower children to develop meaningful skills and achieve greater independence. Through Navigating the Spectrum, I am committed to partnering with families and helping every child reach their fullest potential.
